By submitting the online player registration form, the applicant and their legal guardian unconditionally agree to the following statutory terms.
I solemnly declare that all personal particulars, date of birth, school name, and contact details submitted during registration are strictly accurate and truthful. I affirm that the Aadhaar card and Municipal Birth Certificate submitted belong legitimately to the candidate. I acknowledge that any falsification or tampering with date-of-birth documents will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of trial fees, a minimum 3-year ban from all cricket activities, and appropriate legal reporting to educational authorities.
I confirm that the candidate is medically sound, physically fit, and cleared by a qualified physician to engage in competitive athletic trials, intense sprint tests, and full cricket matches. In the event of any unforeseen sports injury, strain, or medical emergency during trial proceedings or tournament matches, while the Association provides standard on-field first-aid and medical response teams, the Association and its organizers shall not be held liable for internal medical conditions or prior undisclosed ailments.
The candidate and accompanying parents/guardians undertake to abide by the disciplinary rules established by School Cricket Association India. We agree to maintain utmost gentlemanly decorum on and off the field. Any act of indiscipline, foul language, harassment of tournament officials, physical altercation, or umpire dissent will lead to immediate ejection from the trial venue and disciplinary cancellation of the player's registry.
I recognize that selection trials are evaluated by neutral, accredited former First-Class / NIS coaching panels using standardized scoring metrics. The decisions of the selection committee regarding squad shortlisting, batting/bowling rankings, and team placements are final, conclusive, and binding. No external political, monetary, or administrative influence will be entertained.
The non-refundable nominal registration fee (₹999/-) directly covers ground infrastructure, certified net facilities, official trial bibs, digital scouting evaluation, tournament administrative expenses, and emergency on-ground medical personnel. Once a slot is booked and confirmed, the fee cannot be refunded or adjusted due to voluntary candidate withdrawal.
I consent to the recording of trial sessions, match action photographs, highlight videos, and statistical scorecards featuring the candidate. The Association holds non-exclusive rights to publish trial photographs on its official website, digital media archives, player spotlight catalogs, and social channels for genuine sports promotion and scouting recognition.
