Every candidate in open talent trials is marked out of 100 points by a panel of accredited former First-Class / NIS coaches:

Pillar 2 • Age Integrity

Strict Age Verification & Anti-Fraud Policy

To guarantee authentic competition between true age peers, School Cricket Association India enforces a multi-layer verification system:

• Digital Aadhaar Card: Mandatory document matching candidate name, father name, and complete date of birth.
• Municipal Birth Certificate: Must be issued by authorized Registrar of Births & Deaths with legitimate registration date.
• School Principal Bonafide: Formal certificate signed by the school head confirming the student's admission year and date of birth.
• Strict Penalty: Any forged document results in immediate lifetime ban from all SCA tournaments and referral to local sports council authorities.

Pillar 3 • Match Playing Rules

Standardized Playing Conditions

All tournaments are governed by standardized SCAI junior playing rules with customized health safeguards:

• Pace Bowler Over Quotas: Strict cap of maximum 4 overs per spell (and 8 overs per day for U-14/U-16) to prevent spinal stress injuries in growing teenagers.
• Boundary Dimensions: Customized ground radii (U-12: 45-50m, U-14: 55-60m, U-16/U-17: 65-70m) tailored for age-appropriate power hitting.
• Digital Scorebook Compliance: All official matches scored ball-by-ball on digital apps for verified player statistics and national scouting archives.

Pillar 4 • Code of Conduct

Disciplinary Code & Player Ethics

We hold young athletes, coaching staff, and parents to the highest standards of gentlemanly conduct:

• Zero Dissent with Umpires: Match referee decisions are final. Verbal abuse or aggressive gesturing results in instant suspension.
• Touchline Conduct for Parents: Parents and academy mentors must support from designated spectator pavilions without interfering in match play.
• Independent Grievance Ombudsman: Parents have the right to file formal review requests to the National Selection Ethics Desk within 48 hours.
