Tier 1 • Apex Leadership

National Governing Council

Highest policy-making body responsible for annual national sports calendar, institutional governance, affiliations, and legal integrity:

Office of the National President

Directs strategic growth, national federation relations, and sovereign sports expansion.

Honorary General Secretary

Heads executive administrative operations, state charters, and all-India tournament sanctioning.

Treasurer & Finance Directorate

Oversees transparent statutory accounts, player scholarship funds, and event budgeting.

Technical & Selection Committee

Independent body comprising veteran First-Class cricketers and NIS coaches guiding talent trials:

Chief National Talent Scout

Leads talent identification protocols across all regional trial venues and national finals.

Board of Umpires & Match Referees

Enforces SCAI standard playing regulations, neutral officiating, and match dispute resolution.

Pitches & Grounds Sub-Committee

Inspects turf surfaces, synthetic nets, and pavilion amenities prior to tournament sanctioning.
